I found this video on Youtube, and it explains that so-called music producer ‘Timbaland’ not relies primarily on the use of samples within his music, but he also pretty much copies entire songs (not created by him), and then lobs a beat on top.

This video shows how he had ripped off some Arabic music, probably thinking that nobody would find out, but Youtube users have caught him and uploaded videos showing the original and then the Timbaland version.

Make your own decision regarding this video, but my personal view is that Timbaland seems to be limited in the talent department musically, and ends up ripping off other people.
